Originally from Lancaster County, Andrew has resided in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Indiana. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Government in 1998, and the Dickinson School of Law in 2001. Practicing law in Lebanon County since 2001, he resides with his wife Dawn in Palmyra and remains active with the Lebanon County Bar Association, presently serving on the Board.
