John D. Enck
Born and raised in Lebanon County. Graduate of Eastern Lebanon County High School, Pennsylvania State University, and the Dickinson School of Law. Served in the United States Army from 1967 through 1969. He married Clarissa, an artist with whom he has three wonderful children: a veterinarian, a medical doctor, and a college professor. Practicing law in Lebanon County since 1978. Has volunteered as a board member and coach for his local youth recreation association and has served as a member of his local Lions Club since 1981.

Paul W. Kilgore
Originally from the Midwest where, Paul W. Kilgore graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.A., cum laude. Soon after graduating, Paul served as a member of the U.S. Army and was stationed in Italy at a NATO facility. After serving in the U.S. Army, he took a position with R.L. Polk Publishing Company as the liaison for Ford Motor Company. He continued to work at the publishing company while attending the University of Detroit Law School, graduating in 1976. Following law school, Paul was employed as an attorney by the law firm Spitler, Kilgore & Enck, PC.

Andrew J. Morrow
Originally from Lancaster County, Andrew has resided in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Indiana. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Government in 1998 and the Dickinson School of Law in 2001. Practicing law in Lebanon County since 2001, he resides with his wife Dawn in Palmyra and remains active with the Lebanon County Bar Association, presently serving on the Board.
